Settings Updates (2010-05-05)

Added a setting to control whether or not your charts show missing days, and re-structured the settings pages.

Charting Updates (2010-05-03)

I've overhauled the charts, to place more emphasis on the display of the trend, since it is what really matters anyway. In the process, I also enabled the display of days that don't have data input, so that you can see more visually how often you're remembering to weigh yourself and input the data.

Page Layout Overhaul (2010-04-03)

Overhauled the layout of the homepage and of the member's sections to improve usability and provide more useful information. Also added a 'Featured Profile' section that will randomly display a public profile that has entered weight data recently.

Charting Updates (2010-04-01)

Improved the charting with a goal bar displaying on your graphs, as well as tweaking the coloration of the graphs a bit to improve their appearance, especially if displayed on backgrounds other than white.

About Us

I'm the creator of TweeterDiet, Matthew Walker. At the beginning of 2010, I weighed around 310 pounds, and decided it was time to make a change and get my health back. My job had just started a wellness program that covered most of a gym membership, so I took advantage of that, and also shelled out the extra money to get a personal trainer. But having tried to lose weight before, I knew it wouldn't happen if I didn't track my weight. I'd used The Hacker's Diet in the past, but I wanted a simple online tool that would make it easy to track and to share my progress. And so, TweeterDiet was born.

TweeterDiet is committed to helping to change people's lives. The basic services of tracking your weight and linking to your social media sites will always be free. There may be additional premium services at a later date, but you will always be able to use our tools to track your weight.

The tracking methodology we provide is one the one encouraged by The Hacker's Diet. It is intentionally kept as simple as possible, to encourage you to actually do it every day. We believe that if you track your weight consistently, and you really care about losing weight, your behavior in other areas will automatically change.
